WE’RE HIRING – CREDIT CONTROLLER / ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Hodge Plant Ltd is looking for an experienced Credit Controller / Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team on a part-time, permanent basis.
The role will include:
* Managing customer accounts and chasing overdue payments
* Maintaining aged debtors and monitoring credit limits
* Reconciling customer accounts
* Raising and processing Plant Hire invoices
* Checking hire periods, rates, transport charges and purchase orders
* Keeping customer and hire records accurate and up to date
What we’re looking for:
* Previous credit control or accounts experience
* Confident and professional communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience using Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or similar
* Sage 50 Desktop experience would be an advantage
* Plant hire, construction or heavy plant experience would be beneficial but is not essential
What we offer:
* Part-time, permanent position
* Flexible working hours
* Friday availability is essential
* Competitive salary, dependent on experience
