Description

Pole Grapples
:
The KINSHOFER manipulators are hydraulically operated attachments that are used for the positioning of tubes or poles, suitable for the use on loader cranes with three functions (flange mounting on the mechanical extension of the crane).
The manoeuvrability is guaranteed by three hydraulic functions: gripping, lifting and turning of straight round poles. The precise operation is assured by continuous rotation, equipped with mechanically operating, hydraulic pilot controlled brake to prevent an unintentional rotation.

A special version even features exchangeable jaws to further adjust the gripping range of the manipulator.

3-Axes-Manipulators:
The KINSHOFER 3-axes-manipulators feature maximum manoeuverability of your attachments at the loader crane‘s tip – and provides flexibility of the loader crane‘s use in any arc position. The maneuverability is provided by three hydraulic functions: gripping, rotating and tilting (3rd hydraulic cycle needed). The precise positioning is granted by the KINSHOFER rotator, including a mechanically acting hydraulic brake for the rotating movement (500 kg / 1100 lbs load capacity) or a self-locking worm drive (1000 kg / 2200 lbs load capacity).
The lower quick coupler is included and provides a fast exchange of attachments.

KM 930 available with load capacities of 500, 1000, 2000 or 3000 kg / 1100, 2200, 4400 or 6600 lbs and always come as complete ready-to-fit package: manipulator, hydraulic pilot controlled brake, rotator, non-return valve.

KM 930-1000 Special with a load capacity of 1000 kg / 2200 lbs additionally provides the special feature of exchangeable jaws to adjust the gripping range according to the tubes.

A solenoid valve for an additional oil circuit to change over to three circuits (for gripping, lifting, turning) when only two circuits are available, is available as »do-it-yourself assembly« or already mounted, including hose guard and hoses.

KM 931 available with load capacities of 500 or 1000 kg / 1100 or 2200 lbs and tilting angles of up to ± 40°, including: manipulator, hydraulic pilot controlled brake (500 kg / 1100 lbs load capacity) or self-locking worm drive (1000 kg / 2200 lbs load capacity), rotator, non-return valve.

A solenoid valve for an additional oil circuit to change over to three circuits (for gripping, lifting, turning) when only two circuits are available, is available as »do-it-yourself assembly« or already mounted, including hose guard and hoses.
