Earth Drills and Augers
The robust earth drills for excavators up to 45t / 9900000 lbs, skidsteers and telehandlers from the Kinshofer-daughter Auger Torque are an economical and customized solution for the drilling of holes for e.g. fence posts, poles, foundations or plant holes for bushes and trees. Well drilling or screw pile installations are also not a problem with these reliable earth drills.
The non-dislodgement shaft (NDS) provides for more safety and less downtimes, as the shaft cannot dislodge from the mechanism. The hydraulic oil used inside of the unit is dyed blue, serving as an indicator for service times and facilitating the detection of leakages. The robust head plates with the strong forged ears cope with the heavy strain of daily use without showing any signs of fatigue. The greasing points are easily accessible.
The augers are perfectly matched to the corresponding earth drills and every application. A constant spiral configuration and a shallow pitch flight guarantee extreme efficiency and productivity. Thanks to the easily exchangeable wear parts like pilots and teeth, the auger can be adjusted to different ground conditions. Due to the patented Shock Lock System, the teeth have a longer lifespan, shocks are absorbed and tooth loss prevented.
Additional adjustment comes from auger extensions in different length options – available as regular or telescopic versions.
Ideal for the safe transport at the carrier machine: the suitable rope wind hitch for every earth drill.
Torque meter: the correct torque is extremely important for screw pile installations to guarantee the structure's safety. The detection of the torque data in real time for this critical operation is an easy task with the new Auger Torque torque meter with an accuracy of up to 99.7%.
Alignment monitor: for screw pile installations, the correct alignment of the auger is crucial. Thanks to the sensor mounted to the earth drill and the display in the driver's cabin, the operator is able to control the drilling and immediately correct each deviation. The sensor is water-resistant and thus suitable for every weather condition.
Mixer Bowl and Stump Planers
The Auger Torque earth drills are very versatile and can also be used with other tools instead of augers, that can easily be mounted to the unit.
Mixer bowls: fencing tasks on rough grounds often require to fix fence posts with cement that needs to be mixed in small quantities on site, however, rough terrain can also mean, that a traditional mixer cannot be accessed. The drill/mix solution of the CM model is the perfect solution here.
Stump planer: the robust stump planers guarantee an efficient and clean removal of tree stumps. They are compatible to the most earth drills offered above. The unique pilot is drilling into the tree stump and pulling down the planer unerringly.
